jog-a-thon

 

Today was the much awaited jog-a-thon.  Finn was so excited!  Thank you to everbody who made such generous donations to his school...it will be well used!  Before the intense jogging, everyone got in a good stretch, then we were ready to run!

Green Belt Test

Finn was demonstrating some front kicks with Mr. Cerminaro at his belt testing.

Finn tested for his green stripe and did an awesome job! He was so focused and confident! He did a great job answering several questions and speaking in front of a really large group of kids and adults. We were very proud of him and all his hard work.

STILL getting good use out of our Halloween costumes!

Finnley loves "tiny legos," which he dutifully keeps out of Wyatt's reach. They are "chokers" you know.

A glimpse into his future...his dad would LOVE it if he surfs!


Finn's first belt test a couple months ago...he has since done another and is now a green stripe. As soon as I find our camera I can upload pics of that.

So this is the island theme cake Finn picked for his brother's birthday.
He loved helping make it!

We spent the day at the zoo for Wyatt's first birthday...what a great time we all had. He really loved the train ride and spent most of the time talking to the boy behind us. We got a snippet of him at the end of the ride, but of course he was quiet!

So these three hooligans climbed into Wyatt's crib and were jumping like maniacs for who knows how long before the responsible grown ups came and put an end to it...after we filmed it.

We planted pumpkins this year and this is Finn's in the growing stage!

Finn's class took a field trip to a local farm and he had the opportunity to hold some 9 day old chicks. He was very gentle and extrememely responsible. Ever the rule follower.

Mmmm....pumpkin.
